HB 1950 allows docs treating patients adversely impacted by fracking fluids to find out those proprietary contents for purposes of treatment, but then they are legally constrained from sharing that information in any other way -- like to tell people not to drink the water, or whatever...

At the end of November, the final fall film of the green screens series brought the documentary "Consuming Kids: The Commercialization of Childhood" to the big screen in Lewisburg at the Campus Theatre. The event included a Q&A with an expert panel following the film. Look for more great community programs from the Bucknell University Environmental Center.
