Following up on last year’s Marcellus Shale Symposium, The Bucknell Institute for Public Policy (BIPP) has organized a series of panel discussions that will that examine different aspects of the impact of Marcellus Shale development on local communities.

All discussion panels are free and open to the public and take place at Bucknell University's Langone Center.

The theme of the 3/3 panel discussion is Community Impact: Severance Tax.

Speakers include:

•Gene Yaw, State Senator, 23rd Senatorial District
•Rick Marabito, State Representative, 83rd Legislative District
