The 3rd Annual Susquehanna River Symposium will address the topic of the river and agriculture
Building Green Breakfast Seminar with SEDA-COG's Energy Resource Center
This is the third in a series of breakfast seminar's on various aspects of Building Green being offered by SEDA-COG's Energy Resource Center this fall in order to build comprehension and capacity in our region. Thus far topics have included financing and a green building tour. They take place on the third Thursday of the month.
4th Annual PA Renewable Energy and Sustainable Living Festival
A three-day festival about renewable energy, natural building construction, sustainable agriculture, land-use planning, forestry and healthy living practices in general. Featuring dynamic speakers, national exhibitors, workshops, hands-on demonstrations, vendors, live music and entertainment, children's activities, food and more.
A New Earth Study Group
A book study group on Eckhart Tolle's A New Earth, "Awakening to Your Life's Purpose," will be offered in Selinsgrove.

Green Festival 2008 -- DC
These are basically green conferences for the hoi polloi. They are indoors and somewhat odd, but chock full of info and sustainable sentiment. Sponsored by a wide range of companies, organizations, groups, etc... including the likes of Coop America, Ode, Yes!, and MotherEarthNews.
