“Green” buildings are often assumed to be too expensive to construct and too difficult to finance. Join area professionals in construction, finance and allied fields, to hear Bill DeFalco provide the owner and investor perspective of the many values of green buildings. He will also share the financial investor’s case for why green buildings are fast replacing conventionally constructed buildings as the new real estate standard.
Mr. DeFalco is the Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer with e3bank-organizing in Malvern, PA. He has more than 20 years of experience in both consumer and commercial lending.
