Date Bars
| 2 eggs | 1/2 c. dry milk powder |
| 1 c. chopped dates | 1 c. oats |
| 1/2 c. butter, softened | 1/2 c. raisins |
| 2 T. honey | 1/2 c. dark chocolate chips |
| 1/4 c. whole wheat flour | 1 c. walnuts, chopped |
Beat eggs. Stir in dates, butter, and honey. You may soften butter in microwave. Stir in remaining ingredients. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Spread mixture evenly in pan. Bake at 325o for about 20 minutes. Cut into bars. Cool.
