Microwave White Sauce
|3 T. butter||Cut butter into twelve separate pieces in 4 c. glass measuring cup. To melt butter, cover and cook in microwave about 1 min.|
|3 T. fancy pastry flour||Stir in flour with wire whisk. Add milk. Stir with whisk. Cover and heat in micro for 1 min. Whisk well. Cook another minute and whisk well. Mixture should be thick. If not, cook another minute then whisk.|
1 1/2 c. milk
