Nonsmoking area restaurants supporting small scale farmers. These restaurants buy some of their produce from small farms and most offer some organic produce: 

Sun 8-6, Mon - Sat 6-8. Sun breakfast buffet in morning, M-Sat regular breakfast in morning. Soups, salad bar, wraps, sandwiches, subs, burgers. Organic burgers and hot dogs available upon request. Homemade cookies, cakes, and pies. Fat-free milk available. Take out available.  Casual farm decor. Restaurant attached to grocery store.

Sun 8-5, Mon 7-5, Tues - Fri. 7-9, Sat 8-9. During summer months some organic produce is served. Shade-grown fair trade organic coffee year round. Some eggs from Dreamcatcher Farm in Lewisburg. Casual atmosphere. Some patrons usually working on laptops.

Sun 11-3, Closed M & Tu, Kitchen Wed - Sat 5-9. Hours may vary so best to check their colorful web page for private parties, holiday closings. Liquor license. Vegan offerings marked on menu. Excellent flavor to foods and prices reasonable. Meat, dairy, and bread purchased locally. Menu posted on their web page. Opened Nov 2007. Casual atmosphere, handicap accessible, highchairs. Be sure to try out the beautiful solid cherry bar stools with wrought iron legs, hand-made by two local artisans. Live entertainment will eventually be offered Fri. and Sat. eve. Parking on street or in public parking lot one block east of restaurant; enter parking lot via alley on east side of white gazebo which is on south side of street. This is a LAN participant's favorite area restaurant.

Closed Sun, Tu - Sat 11-8. Purchases locally grown produce when available from the following sources: Whitefrost Farms, Matthew Schaffer's CSA, Brenda Bauchman, and several other local growers that may only have a few things now and then. They also attend Lewisburg Friday market, Saturday market in Selinsgrove, and Tuesday market in Middleburg. Parking on street or public parking lot. Bathroom door visible from restaurant seating. Monthly email newsletter includes a recipe and events.

Sun 8-2, closed M, Tu 8-2, Wed/Thurs/Fri 8-8, Sat 7:30-8. Breakfast menu available all day. Full menu. All organic produce in summer, winter when available. Four organic breads: sprouted spelt, Biblical, sourdough, raisin spelt. Organic steel cut oatmeal and quinoa. Organic burgers when available. Free range poultry and eggs. Pork hormone and antibiotic free. Homemade pies and cakes. 50's decor, casual atmosphere.

Call restaurant for hours. Local food sources listed on their web site. Elegant gourmet restaurant in beautifully restored Victorian mansion.

Closed M & Tu, Wed - Sun 12-?. Closed Easter. Local organic cheeses; some organic bread; Equal Exchange coffee, certified organic and fair trade but not certified shade grown; raw goat milk.  Menu online, printed on 100% post consumer recycled paper. Opened in 1996 on ground floor of a beautiful stone governor's mansion built in 1816, located in former governor's kitchen with two walk-in fireplaces. Brew own beer. Casual atmosphere with thick stone walls and wood ceilings. Board games to use on shelves. Entrance/parking in rear from Strawberry Alley.
